Built by hand. Powered by solidarity.

BaBaLift is an open-source movement engineered to dismantle isolation and restore independent human connection across communities. We build multi-seat, adaptive tandem frameworks entirely FROM RECYCLED PARTS AND REUSED MATERIALS, proving that global resourcefulness can fuel profound social integration. This prototype setup is purposefully crafted to lift absolutely anyone, including individuals with disabilities, the blind, the elderly, and children.

Chapter I: Design & Geometry Planning

01

Every adaptive frame begins on standard graph paper, mapping exact weight distributions, front-fork rigidity ratios, and structural load metrics. Transitioning these blueprints into multi-color digital renders allows precise analysis of tube intersections and structural stress vectors.

Chapter II: Workshop & Fabrication

02

Individual chassis tube sections are measured and cut by hand inside standard workshops using recycled components. Fusing connections outdoors with stick welding units guarantees that the structural frame achieves the resilience required to navigate rugged infrastructure routes safely.

Chapter III: Community Integration & Operations

03

True mechanical validation happens out on public paths, logging kilometers that prove structural handling under real conditions while fostering spontaneous trust between co-riders.
